Facility and Event Rentals
As an historic neighborhood church, our facilities are available as an affordable resource to the local community. We look forward to welcoming individuals and groups to our beautiful building and grounds. Opening our doors to others allows us to connect with the community around us and to be a vital presence in our neighborhood. We are centrally located in the Park Hill Neighborhood of Denver. We have complimentary WIFI throughout the building and grounds, and a large private parking lot. All of our ground floor spaces and restrooms have handicap access.

Office Space
Private Offices:
All offices are currently rented. Contact the church office if you would like to be notified in the event of a vacancy.
St. Thomas Episcopal Church has two clean, bright, private, internet ready offices on the second floor of the Admin Building. The recently remodeled offices have fresh paint, new floors and natural light. Each office is approximately 120 sq. ft. Shared courtyard and kitchen. Copier use can be negotiated. Plenty of parking, Perfect for small non-profit, counseling practice, sole proprietor. Great location - walking distance to Honey Hill Cafe, Park Hill Library, and City Park.

Great Hall:
This beautiful, open arts and crafts style hall is lined with fully operable stained glass windows that fully open to create the feel of an indoor pavilion. This space can be used for parties, fundraisers, receptions, conferences, large meetings, forums, theater productions, music recitals, workshops, or retreats. This space can be combined with our Spanish style courtyard for an indoor/ outdoor event.

This basement gathering space has natural light with formal and informal gathering areas. It can be used for meetings, retreats, forums, classes, baby or bridal showers.

Sanctuary
Our Spanish Colonial sanctuary is a large space, perfect for concerts, speaker series, weddings, funerals and quinceañeras.

St Anne’s Chapel
This side chapel is a sacred space for prayer meditation, and spiritual retreats.

Parking Lot
Our parking lot on the corner of Dexter and 22nd ST. is ____ x _____ ft. It is available for festivals, markets, pop-up events or daytime parties.

This classroom is accessible from 22nd St. It has counters, sink and running water. This space is available for lease or event rentals. It would be ideal for a large work area, art room or small group meetings. Newly renovated - photos coming soon!
